My Bio
I was born in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1992 into a family of artists who encouraged my development in the field. To this date, I have received more than 10 years of schooling in drawing and painting including 2-years long training in Mural Painting at the Bulgarian National Academy of Art in Sofia and Universidad Castilla - La Mancha, Faculty of Fine Art in Cuenca, Spain. Currently, I am giving Saturday classes in English through Art at the American College of Sofia. My latest position will be teacher of Art at the American English Academy of Sofia starting in September 2019. I am also a Fulbright scholarship applicant in Fine Arts, so please have your fingers crossed for me.

On this date, 25th of March, Annunciation, Peyo Yavorov met Mina Todorova for the first time at her brother's house in Sofia, the year is 1906. This short encounter was the source of inspiration for Yavorov to write the poem Annunciation. The critiques in literature would say about this piece of art something like "God announced him the good news through her so he could see the light and begin his true art". Whether or not he saw the light, only Yavorov could say. What we have on paper are his works that speak alone for themselves. What I known for sure is only how I feel when I read the poems inspired by her. They are a whole series of poems
