relibelli's absolutely incredible character Tiamat won COTM over on Helovia last month and I had the honour of making a picture for her This character is so loved both IC and OOC throughout the site I wanted to try to make something special for her so I deviated a bit from her usual ocean themed pictures!

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out and hope you guys like it too!
