Scratch-built pirate ship / merchant ship WIP 1

I'm currently scratch-building a 28mm scale pirate / merchant ship out of wood and cardboard. I'm using Gary Chalk's plans published in Wargames Foundry’s magazine, with some minor alterations. This picture shows the hull (almost) finished and ready to be painted. After painting I'll finish the masts, sails and rigging.
