Last Best West Mountie

I made these guys for an RP I'm running on discord, a fallout rp server that takes place in Idaho a few weeks after the battle for hoover dam where the legion was absolutely obliterated by the NCR after the courier gave them zion guns, big MT technologies, and Sierra Madre gold, united every possible faction behind them, and then capped it off with launching the nukes from the divide upon Arizona. The legion fortified the NCR's way into Utah directly so the NCR entered Idaho to get around their Maginot line. Unfortunately, Idaho wasn't empty and already had political tension brewing between the native Idaho National Guard, the blended pines tribe, the brotherhood of steel, and Last Best West.

Last Best West is a faction from Canada that was destined to form the very second the US annexed Canada. Shortly after the bombs fell, Last Best West officially formed and declared war on the Enclave, and actually won as they had a numbers and equipment advantage. They had been scavenging technology long before the enclave had and in addition had been practising animal husbandry, which led to the creation of the terrifying mountie: a cross between an NCR vet ranger and a classical cavalier, but instead of using a horse the mounties use elks and moose into battle, gaining an absurd speed advantage over the enclave while also being far tankier than anyone would assume.

The mounties are defined by their ability to patrol a large distance by their lonesome and not missing much, and being able to respond to trouble almost instantly and then leave just as quickly. Their training is brutal, and requires a high endurance stat from the get go, as advanced cybernetics (a Canadian invention) are a requirement for any Mountie. Obviously, finding and training a steed on their own is part of their training.

Perhaps somewhat ironically, Last Best West's' core ideal is that it hates America and wishes to capture all remaining representatives/those aligned with the continuation of the US government and bring them to Canada for execution, and with their powerful firearms and in battle mobility an enclave x-01 is no match for a Mountie. Within the setting of the RP, mounties are not only used to patrol the Canadian border to keep Americans out and runaway enclave remnants in, they also frequently enter the US to hunt for remnants. They are known to make contact with smaller factions and settlements and softly threaten them into giving up remnants. While often they can resolve things diplomatically, their habit of ignoring the needs of others and generally inconsiderate approach, also their often unreasonable terms have lead them to get the nickname of "Canadian NCR". Which, while a fair comparison, what makes Last Best West such a menace is that unlike the NCR they're not incompetent.
