Red Melia is part of a group called the Battlemaidens who have been at war with the Dragoneers since time eternal. She is a high ranking warriors who take charge when dealing with enemies of Andromeda. She basks in the glory of defeating strong opponents and bringing honor to the Battlemaidens. The Dragoneer she oftens targets is Juste as she feels that he wronged her in the past, but she has a lingering attraction toward him. Many of her fellow maidens look up to her as a big sister figure as she encourages them to be strong like her.
