Sarah is the ruling matriarch of the Witches' Oasis and the desert and is the most powerful witch. She is one of the trio of rulers that is far less twisted, but can be just as ruthless if you cross her. She is also the High Witch of the Masked Witch Coven, a cursed group of witches that originally came from the realm of Covenera, but were ousted by the Lovecraftians who put a curse on their faces, thus making the witches less desirable, hence why they wear masks. Ever since they enter the realm of Namca, Sarah tried to have her fellow witches join the Mystic Guild, so they could help them find a way to break the curse. However, it was not long until Sarah noticed that the members were treating her fellow witches like crap. Calling them heretics and devil worshipers, etc. She and her fellow witches were hunted by the 
Mystic Guild and the Scientific Alliance, until they found themselves hold up in an oasis in Jeanne. Unable to make money elsewhere, the
Masked Witches Coven have to resort to prostitution to meet ends meet.  When they arrived in Jeanne, Sarah made an uneasy truce with the Pale Mistress, though she does not trust her. Sarah also love perfumes and creating different smelling ones. Like Blanche, Sarah too
has her eyes on Locke, but she is willing to give him a choice if he wants to be with her. However, Sarah does not take betrayal easily and is willing to make that person suffer severely for the crime against her and her fellow witches, making her one of the most feared women in the world next to Blanche.

The design of Sarah drew inspiration from Sucy from Little Witch Academia. I just like the way the character looks! Sarah too
loves Locke, but this will certainly make for an interesting dynamic between herself, Blanche, and Concordia. She originally was going
to be roughly the same height as Chloe or Vivian, but I wanted to try something new. Though she does not appear in SRF, she makes
numerous references to Khan and the Lovecraftians. Despite her cold appearance, she is quite caring towards her fellow witches like a
mother. She also love her bodyguards as her own children. When a man crosses her, Sarah is not afraid to castrate him to humiliate him,
making her one of the women in the world not to screw around with.
