As the title suggests, this news article's goal is to spread the dA love into everyone's heart! You will find here a little bit of everything, from awesome interviews with talented artists, art features, group promotion to random deviants' features. I hope you will find this informative and entertaining!

Interviewed artist: Cymae :iconcymae:

:bulletyellow: Tell us what defines you as a person.

Wow, this is a tough one right from the get go. I think I have a really strong technical base with a desire to be creative and help other people reach their goals, These three things have shaped a lot of my journey so far :)

:bulletyellow: How did you found out about deviantART and why did you join the community?

I joined it a very long time ago when I was young, pretty terrible at anything art related, and was on a different little art community that made everyone wait days while art went through a manual validation process. I like it better here, everything is so instant!

:bulletyellow: When and how did you discover your passion for art?

I used to work as a software engineer making software for financial forecasts. People's eyes used to glaze over whenever I explained my job so I decided to study 3D and get a less boring one, and so I did!

:bulletyellow: What inspires you the most and when do you think your creativity is at its maximum?

I'm inspired by a lot of things, though I usually like a big technical challenge to get me started, and then try to be as creative with it as possible.

:bulletyellow: What do you think you'd be doing if you hadn't chosen this path?

Sitting in a basement writing more software that most people think is boring (me included!).

:bulletyellow: What do you think it's your most meaningful deviation and what makes it special? Does it have a story behind it?

Probably Jillian the Balloonist, because it was the first time I'd taken a character from concept to completion and been really happy with the outcome, even several years on.

:bulletyellow: Do you have any insecurities regarding your art?

Oh sure, everyone does. It's hard to find the sweet spot between being overly self-critical and convinced you're the bees knees. It's always good to get several opinions from people who know the medium well and are respected. Take an average of their opinions and it's usually a good place to work from.

:bulletyellow: Did art ever helped you to deal with your life problems?

It's hard to say. I was never naturally talented at art. I just kept pushing at it until I got better, but art was always a dream to aspire to rather than an escape for me.

:bulletyellow: What is the one thing you always wanted to do but never got a chance to?

Um, visit the Pyramids in Egypt. Here's hoping I'll still get there :)

:bulletyellow: A few words for our fellow artists?

Don't ever give up. No matter how much anyone thinks you suck. When I shared my art with my dad in my teenage years and he told me "It's a matter of fact that I have absolutely no artistic ability at all, and unfortunately you take after me". I didn't listen, and 10 years on I'm getting paid full time to be an artist.

Where were you?Twas the wind that whispered
Hush your shivering heart
Twas the night that hid
all the pain that I was covered
Couldn't have waited in the morning
as I fight off my own weakening
since all sadness was pouring
I asked an end for my suffering
and I thought a call would save me
or even just a little note
but as they say with expectation
only expect disappointment and depression
cause you could assure me at my high
and make me laugh at my low
but I hope this words would haunt you
when I was in need, where were you?

fold you up,
i would
put your

your forehead
so you could
speak your

i would
crumple your

the sea of
silence.
i would
delicately
rearrange your

the world above

i will put

i will
release you to

LuckyIt's hard being a rich girl.
People say you're lucky; you disagree.
You're forced to attend some prestigious school full of prissy, wannabe snobs who think they can make it in life with good looks and their parents' money. You can't help but roll your eyes in exasperation whenever you hear a not-so-whispered conversation among your peers during an important lesson. You then resist the urge to bang your head against the table when they complain about not understanding later on.
Your teachers are extra hard on you. They say you should be grateful to be enrolled in a school as wonderful as yours is. That you shouldn't take education for granted. You know it's just their fancy way of saying, "All of you be quiet and pay attention to the lecture!" Adults don't like it when they can't hear themselves speak.
You're taught to think of others before yourself, that you should always aid those in need. You must be generous, kind, and selfless. Of course, you know this is all a lie. In our selfish
