The Antichrist from the book Good Omens. He's not quite as creepy in the book. In fact, he's a very, very normal boy in that, just with very strong powers. But when you have an antichrist available and Halloween coming up, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

The city beneath him is Lower Tadfield, the place he supposedly grew up in.
