how big is it (diameter in feet and inches) and how did you make it? it's about the same thing as Motonari Mouri's weapon(ring blade) from Sengoku Basara. I'd really appreciate some help on learning on how to make these, please send me a note with some instructions if you're willing to help me?

It's roughly four feet wide (for the most part). It's centered around a hula-hoop (which is about three feet wide, itself.) Then I cut out pieces of pink insulation foam boards and carved/sanded them down to the proper shape. They were then attached to the hula-hoop with silicone adhesive. I suggest that you use electrical tape to wrap around the foam board to keep it stable on the hula-hoop until the silicone dries. Once it dries, remove the tape and prime the foam with KILZ Original spray paint (which is made to not eat through the foam) or use Gesso Paint in several layers to protect and strengthen the foam. Sand away once more before painting. That's pretty much what I did for both ring blades in a nut shell. If you want information on how I made the details on this one, just let me know! Good luck with your project!! =)

Could you note this to me along with some other tips and tricks? I'm really not sure how to make perfect props since I've only made props out of cardboard and hot glue. but Thank you so much!

It's based on a full sized hula-hoop, the circumference of the inside of the hoop is about 9', and overall the width including the blades probably made it about 4'. It was pretty large for little 5' me to carry and work with!
