Description
This here is my first picture of my new Sylt series. It is the most northern light house of Sylt (GER) and there is a really great scenery, almost everything there is untouched and you have the sea around you. The weather was nice, I had some great clouds.

Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactThis superb landscape shot really has everything going for it. Where to begin? The overall composition is perfectly balanced, with equal parts of ground and sky. The foreground is well in focus, with sharpness fading out towards the horizon just as it should. Its location is also an inspired choice, with an ideally placed landmark to the side, adding interest but not enough to detract from the view.
With so much character all round, you might just see yourself in this very spot, gazing at the clouds or wading through the fields. As for that lighthouse, its waiting for a visitor to take a peek inside. Its the kind of place you'd have a picnic, but luckily this photographer had the right idea and grabbed some lovely pictures instead.
