Great points here!
Also, once you get the disk in, having to download gigabytes of actual game data to be able to play it. And maybe a system update too.

I definitely miss the 'ol plug n' play - Gameboy or SNES style

Yea the size of games are another thing. Unless I get steam indie games many games are in the 50-70 GB range so its hard to keep more than a couple installed. It's definitely a different industry now than it was than for better and worse lol

IKR! I'm hoping housing prices go down in my state, but that might also mean an economy crash :D Price drops come with big change I guess.
