Very surreal, I could imagine when that light bulb is fitted in a lamp.
The leaves grow :O

This is super creative!! I love the snowglobe concept in a lightbulb. It's very simple but you do it in a way that makes the overall piece look professional. Love <3

P.S. I'm not sure if you intended for the background scribbles to show for texture or if you wanted it matte black, but if it's the latter then I too have done a couple matte black backgrounds and a second layer goes a long, long way!

Regardless of your intent, it still looks stunning the way it is :D The scribbles look patterned, not messy.

Some of them I use more of an ink based marker so it becomes matte, but most of them I kind of find doing that part cathartic. A lot of the time I'll stream of consciousness write underneath and then cover over it. Kind of pour into the void haha. But also, thank you for the advice! Will keep it in mind for future :) xx

The writing thing sounds super cool. It reminds me of the monks who take a long time to create mandalas in the sand/etc only for them to be erased by the wind. Usually I do things with the purpose of preserving it, but there's something kind of neat about knowing there were once words behind a black background.

I love that they do that. Creating for the sake of creating, knowing its impermanence. I feel like it adds more of myself to what I'm doing. Sometimes its things I need to let go, other times its hopes and dreams that I'm giving to the universe in a way haha.
