Queen Elsa - Frozen

It's been awhile since I've finished anything, so I'm happy to be producing art again.  I started this over the winter after first seeing Frozen.  I was really enchanted with how everything in that movie sparkled and shone in the light... and I wanted to attempt to recreate some of that.  (Also, Elsa is just pretty awesome too.)
