Hello there, and welcome to my cozy little corner of the internet!
A bit about me:
I am currently a student at my local community college and have been drawing and creating art for as long as I can remember. I have taken informal art classes since elementary and formally structured classes for the entirety of junior high and high school as well as a college level course this past semester.
I have dabbled in many different mediums throughout my schooling, including Guache and acrylic paint, graphite, ink, digital, paper collage, and photography.
My casual style would be classified as cartooning. I am extremely inconsistent, however, in how my drawings look due to how infrequently I sit down and draw.
Unfortunately, I don't often have the time to formally upload my art here very often, but I am planning on reorganizing my approach to sharing my work in the near future.
jaslo took me under her wing and encouraged me to continue drawing and is the person who first introduced me to DeviantArt. She has continued to be a dear friend of mine. Her art is pretty darn snazzy, so be sure to check her page out.
Mental health affects us all. Whether it be personally or the people we talk to. There is no shame in seeking professional help. The more open dialogues and education on the true nature of mental disorders, the better all of our lives will be.
I am a Christian, and I will stand by what I believe. Even if I disagree with you, it doesn't mean that I see you as any less of a human being. Besides, how else will we improve ourselves if we only surround ourselves with friends who agree with us all the time?
