I haven't posted on here since December 2010. Crazy, eh? So much has changed in my life since I first joined Deviantart around 9 years ago. I won't get into the gory details but to sum it up, life is definitely better than it was back then. I'm happy, healthy, got a fantastic job, great apartment (which I can afford to pay rent on), a new car, etc...  No life partner but that's ok. Less headaches that way ;) I've taken up a huge interest in photography, which I see I showed interest in many years ago. The difference now? I'm much better at it! I've decided to actually start working on this art account again and start posting my photograph

Hey all! Sorry I've been quiet for so long.  I was netless and computerless for a while.  I'm just getting back into the swing of things and hopefully I'll have some new stuff for you next week.  I'm going to be seeing Metallica live in concert and I'm hoping to get good shots (like I did for Avril and Stevie  last year).  It depends on how close to the the stage I'll actually be. No, no RIP journal entry but if things don't work out with this one, then there will be another one. I got home from work to call my father to find out that my 89 year old Grandmother (and only surviving grandparent) is in the hospital awaiting surgery to get her gall bladder removed.  She has a really bad infection.  So either way, we're looking at bad.  She has a bad heart, so I'm really trying to see how this can end right. Her husband, my Pepere, passed away in 2000.  These are my paternal grandparents.  My maternal grandparents passed away in 1993 (my Grand-Pere) and 1979 (my Grand-Mere, who oddly enough, I look like...
