I joined this website back in August 20th, 2008( So my dAnniversary is in two weeks). I was 12 years old at the time. so I don't know how I got away with joining early. xD
I don't remember how I heard of this website. I guess I was looking up some images and found some pictures that lead to this site. I think
was one of my main reasons for joining because I loved her work so much. I faintly remember that I also wanted to share my work and improve my drawings as I continued to become a member here. 
My very first submission was when I tried to draw with a mouse to complete a meme I found. I plan to redo it.
Oh god the drawing was terrible. Never wanted to draw with a mouse again. xD
And then, it was also when I first introduced my first Mario Princess OC, Princess Sparkle. You know her as Princess Anelia!
I was [ still am ] a huge Super Mario fan, and Princess Peach is my absolute favorite, so I decided to create a Mario based princess. She was supposed to be friends with the crew, and I was writing a story about that back then. It's still up for those who want to read it, but it's in the scraps section. The other thing about her creations was that she is my persona for any universe I was a fan of, and anything else to represent me in. Like an avatar in a way. So she was more like a FC [ Fan character ] back then.
As time progressed, I had more ideas to add to her design, so I changed her design to have more originality, and for her to be more beautiful.
Other than my Oc's character design, I started to meet new friends, when I was still new to the site, and they were very nice to me. ^^ Those friends included
, and more. But I can't remember. 
I feel terrible for not remembering all of who met me when I first joined here, but I think you know who you are. Feel free to remind me if you want me to add you up here. :vI'm so glad I joined this website, because not only did I meet such good friends, but the praise and encouragement I've received these past years helped me boost some of my confidence in drawing, and as you can see, I've improved.
I'm not sure what else to say, to complete my story. I had some ups and downs, mostly good experiences here. And hopefully I will experience more of them here.
