He wanted Anelia and his OC Nathan, both in mermaid form, sharing an loved-filled gaze in each other's eyes, while in some sort of romantic pose. I completed this whole thing in SAI, so I took the opportunity to experiment with the brushes there.
I also made some changes to Anelia's mermaid form. Well, with the color scheme that is.
I apologize for the terribly attempted background as well >.>;
