I feel like this site is very hard to navigate. I dont understand how to vote in member deviations to my group anymore, getting to my gallery folders is not consistent (it takes forever to scroll), rather than just having a handy sidebar, and ppl I watch...well, their new deviations aren't stacked, which gets them more attention, but when you watch a lot of ppl or groups, or people who batch upload, it's annoying to have to look at every single one. The app is better organized than the desktop site.
Been tired. You'd think this situation would be perfect for someone like me, having every excuse to legitimately sit on my ass and do nothing and have it socially rewarded. But each day I have been tired due to anxiety. Borderline levels of lethargy. Im fixing my sleep schedule which is helping. Attending therapy again, too. Considering meds again as well because my anxiety levels are starting to effect my ability to function like an adult...
I no longer know if I want to stay here. My parents are trying to pay for the new apartment I lined up...(as long as I am in school...) they also have confusingly OKed me staying in one conversat
While lots of my videos show me inking, I generally don't do tutorials. Most of my stuff is more general art or writing or D&D advice. Some are reading short stories while I draw.
I will be doing real-time inking videos for Inktober where I talk about what I'm doing and anything else I can think of, but since they'll be off the cuff, I'm not entirely sure what the content will be like.
It's funny you say that, though, because I don't know if I know any channels that do in-depth inking tutorials. As far as books, go, my faves are Guptill's "Rendering in Pen and Ink" and Nice's "Drawing in Pen and Ink (First Steps Series)"
How to Draw Manga Pen and Tone Technique and More How to Draw Manga Penning Characters are pretty good, too.
Hmm. Thanks for the book suggestions! I'll check them out. Good luck with Inktober! I had the How to Draw Manga (1) series a while ago but ended up giving it to my friend's little sister. I'll see if those books are more my speed.
