Death with a Kite

Don't get me wrong - painting a death with a kite means I'm in a good mood! Really! That said, I'm not entirely sure what this painting is all about. Thus, I leave it up to you to come up with a decent story. ^^ (Not that I haven't, but there are too many to post here. )
