Lifepod 5 - Day 1 - Log #4

"It's currently night outside, I'm inside the Lifepod, looking over everything. I was able to fix the Lifepod's systems and learn more about this planet. According to what it reported, I'm on a Category 3 Ocean planet, it has an atmosphere with Oxygen and has extensive biodiversity. Bad news is it may support leviathan class predators, whatever those are, and the water is apparently contaminated with high levels of some foreign bactiera. Thank god these suits are designed to protect us from stuff like that. I also repaired my Radio and according to the message I got from the Aurora, rescue will be coming in... never. Hopefully, Alterra themselves send someone to help, tho since this planet is beyond federation space, the PDA says rescue is unlikely. It did say to keep a listen from distress calls from other Lifepods, like I wasn't gonna do that to begin with. I'm gonna try and get some sleep now. If I can't, well, then I'll just continue working on making tools and resources tonight. Goodnight"
