I've recently found a new eye style in Paint, and felt like doing another tutorial.
Doesn't mean I want you to go copying my eyes exactly, though. Have fun and make them your own.
EDIT 04/10/06: Can someone please tell me why this is suddenly getting faved again? Not that I have a problem with that, I'm just curious.
