Added the Mega Man 11 bosses to this!
brings grand total to 96 unique Robot masters for the classic series.
As far as I'm concerned for my head-canon is that the Gameboy Mega Man games are in an alternate universe.
Why Bounce Man in time and space? Because his weapon degrades the internals of objects.

Although the Time Man and Oil Man Stage select icons were edits of mine. Time Man was an edit of Cut Man and Oil Man is an edit of Bomb Man.
Time Man and Oil Man appear in Mega Man Powered Up for the PSP.
For a secret project I'm working on!
Level 1s: Cut, Guts, Elec., Ice, Fire, Time, Bomb, Oil
Level 2s unlock after 4 Level Ones. Finish a level 2 or higher and it unlocks the same level beside it AND one higher level.
-Goal is to get to one of the big Portraits.
-Would play like "New Super Mario Bros. Wii" 4 person side scrolling adventure!

Why does Time Man have Cut Man's scissor handle ears? And I think you should switch Hard Man's position with Search Man's. Nonetheless this is neat!
Also, would you be adding killers (Enker, Quint etc.)?

So, the fortress has the Megaman Killers, Stardroids, Quint, the Genesis Unit, Guts Man G, and Dark Man, right? Also, what about some X-series bosses as hidden Fortress Bosses?

Ah well can't put the X series bosses in the Classic version but can do some inspired ones that play like them?

Also what do you mean like a hidden Fortress? Like a secret area that you can get to after the real ending?

the weapon you get steals energy from the target, and can grab items, thus a special type of liquid that drains energy is placed on the card.

Here's how I'd do things with so many Robot Masters:

*Exactly 80 levels, including a single Wily level. (255 screams overkill)
*8 Robot Masters selectable at once. The ones available are chosen via roulette, followed by a new random selection when one is killed.
*Wily level has no Robot Master rematches. Weaknesses of Wily Machine's two phases and Capsule can be different with each save file.
*Morning->Day->Evening->Night time cycle. After 20 stages the time of day changes, altering some levels and giving some bosses new attacks and strategies.
*Weapons can be given more than just the types shown above. RM's would be weak to the typing of their original weakness. I.E. Cutman would take extra damage from any Ground-typed weapon, Airman gets double from Grass-types, etc.
*You can hold 12 extra weapons at a time.
You get signature coil/platform and jet/flight support items.
*You can play as Mega, Proto, Bass, Roll, Duo, Doc, Fake, and Dark. Each has their own signature starting weapon and certain other special attributes.

and yes I totally agree, something of a pokemon typing scheme comes to mind.

* Some of the mid bosses and special battles you can find will result in "summon" type weapons, kind of like the Assist Trophy's in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Most consoles now have an internal clock, should be do-able." Because with how the progression in my version would go, the game's difficulty doesn't feel like it's making curve after curve after curve, so as you beat more Robot Masters, levels would change to keep the difficulty slowly progressing into harder territory.

Magmaman, Stoneman, should be in liquid because magma is a liquid and stone is basically magma, just hard. Crashman should be in time/space because his bombs take TIME to explode

Spring Man's weapon is formed out instant hardening metallic liquid that explodes on contact.

Time and Space is a relative term does not mean that all weapons control time and / or space.

Shade Man's weapon is based on noise. Noise requires time and space to travel. (No noise in a vacuum because no space for it to vibrate.)

Dive Man's weapon is electric in that it uses electronic components to track down it's prey and because the payload is so low it cannot be considered an explosive compared to Drill man's weapon.

It's theoretical that Dive Man's weapon is electric based because of how much damage it deals to Drill Man. Also if Skull Man's weapon are frozen skulls rotating around him, it would severely Damage Dive Man's Electric components because ice is a really good insulator.

This was the opposite case in Mega Man 1 where Ice man was weak to Thunder Beam.
