Plesiosyrensaur

This creature is a large pale blue and white sea dragon like creature covered in fish-like fins and having a large crest on it's head and a very long neck and fin like legs and large body that resembles a dinosaur from a long forgotten age, a real survivor of the extinction of the dinosaurs in the past ages, and often appears on mist-covered nights when the sky is dark and the moon and stars are obscured by dark, overcast clouds, or when it is raining, and it sings a sweet, doleful, mournful song in the darkness that draws all to it, to drown and be eaten in it's vicious maw, never to be seen again, never to return.

It is said that this creature is a being of legend in the lake it appears in, or rather, it was spawned because of legends of such creatures that became real due to tulpamancy giving belief to a myth of a cryptid, a real living urban legend, which is how it gained it's form and it's power over time. Which is part of the reason it took on the form of a large sea dinosaur, since that's what it's legend tells. In other words, it's based on the Loch-Ness Monster. Often referring to itself as "Nessie".

Despite it's carnivorous diet and dangerous powers, it's actually quite friendly and mostly calm, and prefers to stay out of sight. It also has the power to mess with electronic devices including modern ones meant to capture them using the power of a "cryptid aura" to make photos appear potato in quality if one tries to use one to capture them.

In battle, it can use "Perish Song" to inflict charm on a target. It can also cast "Hydro Burst" to launch a spray of water that deals water element magic damage at a target. Lastly, it can use "Swelling Slam" to slam into an enemy and unleash a wave of water in it's wake to deal an AOE physical water element attack.

It is a water element creature of the dinosaur type. It is vulnerable to ice and fire, but is immune to water. It is a fantasy element creature that is associated with the zone of delusion.
