For the King

I've been working on this picture for a long while now, on and off between other stuff... So it took a really long while in one way, but not in another. Not quite sure why.
What I do know though is that it's even more practise, and even more of kicking my own ass...

This is actually on my To Draw-list

Soooo... if you had the time to forget this is my character Ereshaya Haruhara - General on the desert planet Auroris in the sci fi roleplay I have together with *Verdokai called A Fool's Luck.
He is actually one of the few genuinely nice characters that I have. He's loyal, calm, collected, caring and just... nice. He gets angry or upset very rarely, but that also means that when he finally does he... well... looks like this And then it's a good idea to run, yes.
It doesn't happen very often though, no, as said. Only if you threaten his King. Or insult his King. Or threaten the King's wife. Or his children for that matter. And whatever you do, don't threaten his King's kingdom, because then you're really done for.
In short: Just stay the fuck away from his King x'D

Haruhara really likes his King, yes, and sees him somewhat like a younger brother when they're more in private. Which is really cute ^_^
The King - Shard - belongs to *Verdokai by the way.

Aaaaanyways.
Yes, Haruhara has a very scary weapon, and yes, it's on fire because the Aurorian technology makes that possible (and no one have to point out that Ivy in Soul Calibur have a weapon like this, since that I already know, DUH. The difference though is that her sword is alive - through alchemy according to the game - and this is pure technology)
Haruhara can slaughter rather effectively when he feels like it >_>

Although, yes, I changed the position of the legs since I felt more stable while standing like Haruhara does now.

And I'm trying to avoid talking about the picture itself, yes, since I've been staring too much at it >_>
I know that I'm a complete idiot for trying to draw moving fire before I know how to draw normal fire, and that the light effects made me bang my head against the table more than once, but... yeah.

And I'm proud over this one, yes.
I learned a lot. Especially about drawing fire x'D
And *Verdokai contributed with a lot of bullshit and some really good ideas on this one.
