2018 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Coupe by LiebeLiveDeVille 2018 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Coupe by LiebeLiveDeVille
The Chevrolet Camaro is a pony car that entered production on September 29, 1966 for the 1967 model year. It GM's F-body platform, which was designed exclusively for this car and its sibling, the Pontiac Firebird. It was originally offered as a coupe or a convertible. The convertible was discontinued at the end of 1969. The convertible would return to the lineup in 1987. The Camaro's original production run ended in 2002. After showing off a concept in 2006, the Camaro re-entered production in 2010. It utilized GM's Zeta platform. The coupe came first, with a convertible added to the lineup in 2011. The Camaro's sixth generation began in 2015 for the 2016 model year. This generation moved onto GM's Alpha platform. It utilizes MacPherson struts on the front suspension, slightly smaller exterior dimensions, and revised styling. Three different engines are offered; they are the turbocharged DOHC 2.0L EcoTec LTG I4, the nturally-aspirated DOHC 3.6L High Feature LGX V8, and the naturally-aspirated OHV 6.2L LT1 V8 (SS model only). Transmission choices are 2 6-speed manuals (the Tremec TR-3160 and the Tremec TR-6060) and two 8-speed automatics (the 8L45 and the 8L90). Only rear wheel drive is offered. The Camaro is offered in 1LT, 2LT, 1SS, and 2SS trim levels. In 2017, a new base 1LS trim and the ZL1 debuted. The ZL1 features the naturally-aspirated OHV 6.2L LT4 V8 mated to either the 6-speed TR-6060 manual or the new 10-speed 10L90 automatic transmission. The only changes brought about for 2018 were a few new special editions. Seen in a Chevrolet dealership in Scottsdale, AZ.

Yep, They introduced it this year, it won the Daytona 500, yet struggles to catch up to Ford and Toyota. It only has 3 wins to it's name this year.

As of today, it won again at Kansas with a driver I met on an airline flight a few years ago, Chase Elliott.
