in case you'e been wondering whatever it is that i've been up to, you may be pleased to hear that ive Located a warriors rp thats just my speed, managed to get accepted, and immediately began playing spawn of oak
things are a little different of course, oak was never leader in this verse. he left the clan after having a bit of a mental break and hurting his mate beyond repair, mistaking him for dead. a few moons later he dropped off some kits to the clan, one of which was good ol mink-kit here
so that brings us up to now-- he's an impulsive boy who means well but is ... having trouble with that. he's got issues, as any son of oak would, and he's young and struggling to work on them.
most recently in roleplay he lead an apprentice from the opposing clan into a trap without realizing (he had only been trying to get information out of them, a stupid idea he thought would help him get some respect) which led to her breaking her leg. mink panicked and fled. one of his own clanmates came to free her of the trap and informed their clan about the dangers of the traps.
so far mink's fault in this has not been discovered-- but it may be a matter of time.
in the same day he spotted a daring rogue in their camp. upon being ordered by the deputy, mink Tangled with it, his clanmates soon to follow. they beat the snot out of this guy. mink gets hurt in the process. they plan to kill the rogue but the medicine cat arrives just in time to tell everyone to Oh My God, Please Stop, dont kill him,
big big big verbal fight. deputy bows after it, apologizing to the medicine cat. the medicine cat refuses to give treatment to any injured in the fight, tending to the rogue so that he wont die
so its been a big day
the leader of minks clan is allowing the clanmate that helped free the opposing apprentice, give a demonstration on how to disarm traps
so lets see if he can keep his cool, huh?
