Hello, and welcome to my little corner on DeviantArt!

My two greatest loves are horses and art -- art in all its forms and horses in all their diverse colours, shapes and sizes.

I enjoy working in a variety of media, although graphite, watercolours and acrylics have proven to be my favourites. And while I do paint other animals sometimes, as anyone can see horses are my main subjects. I love depicting them at liberty, and it fascinates me that even though we domesticated horses for use, it is the archetypal image of a horse galloping free that captivates our imagination most profoundly.

My other interests include analog photography, anatomy and biomechanics, natural history, and behavioural sciences. I have two guinea pigs named Pea and Flo -- they're twin sisters even though they don't look like twin sisters.
