Star Trek, Transformers, or My Little Pony?

Star Trek of course! I have pointy plastic ear attachments. LLAP.
Transformers! They are Robots! In disguise!
MLP! D'uh! Once a Brony... DFTBA!
They all rock!! And Cap Stone too!!!
Mr. Sharp, you go too far! But I'll give these so-called 'Motion Books' a go as they are on dA, and you seem like a reasonable chap...
My brain exploded!!!!

Now here's a honest story. I was 11 years old and I was talking with the older brother of a girlfriend. He was(18 years old) telling me that he was always yelling at her sis, my friend(9 years old), not to waste her time waching cartoons and that she should practice her gymnastic movements instead. This guy said to me he hated all kinds of cartoons and that the only he considered a good worth watching one was ROBOTECH, cos' it had a real storyline and drama to follow from episode to episode, "not like my little pony, those cartoons are so stupid they make me wanna throw up" he said- and I agree with him. I actually agreed with all my 11 years old classmates that robotech was the best, the truth: I WAS A MY LITTLE PONY FAN. The thing was, as an animal lover I enjoyed drawing horses and MLP gave me a new perspective on how everything is subject to design and points of view, cos' till that point a horse had to look like a horse, with horse colors, so, as gay as it may sounds it openned my mind...but 25 years ago I just kept quiet and pretend going with the flow.
Sorry if my english sucks.

Love this post! I think the new MLP has opened a lot of doorsfor people to be more honest. More power to the bronies I say! And though I'm not particularly one myself, I appreciate the art very much, and my youngest son loves it. Hell, even my oldest son, who is 11, said the animated series 'draws you in...' :-)

But they turn into robots! Cars that turn into robots! If that isn't mindblowing, what is? :omfg:

Star Trek... Spock: Leonard Nemoy.
ST TNG... Data: Brent Spiner and the AMAZING Cap. Picard : Patrick Stewart... c'mon...they were brilliant...
And there I stay, the others bored me...
Let's hope the reboot do not disapoint me...I haven't seen them yet, but I am planning to.

No pòinty plastic ear to me: I dress up as Deanna... is more femenine

I've had... bad experiences with Bronies.  I wasn't fond of them to begin with, seeing male adults running around dressed up as female horses from a kids' show, but I was willing to let them be if they let me be.  But it wasn't to be.

Oh, ummm.  Star Trek.  It's the only one of the three which wasn't made for the exclusive purpose of shelling lame toys.

I appologise in advance, but the idea of bronies being actual pests creates a humorous mental image, given how good-natured the material is! Kind of shocking really as it's all about friendship! :-)

Star Trek it is then!

No need to apologize.  And if you've been to the conventions I've been to, you'd think they were pests too.  And as for being all about friendship, it's really about selling merchandise!

*incoherent garbled screaming*  I'm sure most of the MLP fans are okay folks, don't get me wrong.  I've just got some past history with some obnoxious ones.
