Oh! thanks so much for fixing the neck problem. But ummm there's another problem I'm encountering, whenever I load the model I get a message saying: "loading mesh 24_glasses 1.Material25_1_0_0 failed. Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown." and then model ends up being invisible......
