If anyone still needs help with transparency, you have to import the animations through Resource Manager. Then you select black as the transparent/translucent colour.

One question, though:
How to make the background of each animation properly transparent?

Can it work with XP?

Took me a minute or two to figure out what I was doing wrong in GIMP, but I've got these animations converting over from the black background to beautiful transparent one.  These are really nice.  Thanks for the resource

I looked at the animations and they seem pretty sweet, but I'm not sure how to use them. Are they not transparent or is my program broken? I tried some tricks on photoshop too but I still was unable to make it transparent. Am i missing something? Please respond

first - no transaprecy, black backgound instead...
second - 'not for commercial use' sounds almost like 'useles garbage'...

by the way could someone explain me why some people are making such strange license restrictions on their public and free work? don't they like the fame and the money? thats just plain stupid for me and i can't understand it.
