Lex-Logan

Well considering it's been a pretty crappy week all round on the planet between floods here in the UK and the horrific incident in Florida (my heart does out to every single person affected buy it). I don't know if I want to live on this planet anymore, it's depressing me quite a bit with the extremes things seem to be getting to these days in both natural and man made disasters.

Also I heard the amazing cover Disturbed have done of 'The sound of silence' I'm not sure everyone will feel the same but I feel like it kind of fits the state the world is in at the moment. If you haven't heard it I would seriously recommend a listen, it's nowhere near their usual sound and it actually a very deep and moving cover of an already great track.

Anyway thusly the theme here is the sound of silence/ what the hell is wrong with this planet.....

And this last one did actually manage to make me smile and lift my spirits a little bit

I must say it has taken me a long time to come to terms that such great talents have been snuffed out recently. It really is a shame that in this day and age we can be losing such wonderful people to cancer, it really is appalling. Cancer in any sense in any life is appalling! 

Yeah.

Less of me playing angry angsty idiot and more about these lovely men that more than managed to leave one great big bootprint each on this hell hole we call earth!

Ok so the keeping things going on here went disastrously!

There is so much going on in my life right now I just can't seem to find time for anything artistic. I have however caught the drawing bug again and have been working on a drawing of P!nk. I am thinking about starting one of Mr Bowie. I still can't believe that the world has lost such a beautiful artist!

I really am hoping that I manage to find more time for updates on here as I really wanna carry on with the features but we shall see. I might have to take some time on my lunch break to try getting something together.

Anyways I am hoping everyone is doing well

So it's been a while since my last feature. Don't worry I am on it! lol

Just been busy with my new crazy stalker addition along with changing jobs. I've also strangely been feeling the creative juices flowing again which I haven't for quite a long time so maybe I'll get some decent artwork up in the near future too. 

I just thought it would be nice to let anyone that is still around know I'm here and planning on getting back on track soon enough.

Ok well since I have just started my wolverine tattoo, which I am very tempted to turn into an xmen back piece ^_^, I thought it would be a great idea to feature some of the awsome xmen art out there on  (aha I found the old logo  ) ! 

So yeah I decided to go the whole hog and have a wolverine tattoo on my left shoulder for my little boy who just so happens to be named after Wolverine himself.   So far he is definitely living up to the name with all the grumps we get lately but hey two year old's have a pretty bad time of it right? I mean how awful must it be to have everything done for you!?!? 

Anyway back to the whole point of this feature...........xmen was a show/comic I actually bordered on worshipping as a kid and throughout my teens, still even now I find myself sitting down to a good xmen binge.

You may see my tattoo uploaded once it's finished but it will depend entirely on what my tattoo artist agrees to.....
