Went hiking in Jordan, playing a little Indiana Jones.
Anyone who wants to go to Petra too, do it, it is an amazing historical city, one could say a monument of time. Don't be scared, Jordan is a safe country to travel to. They have specific regulations for tourist management, so nobody gets lost.
The people in Jordan are very pleasant to get around with as well. They are multi-cultural and of different beliefs. Like in many other Arabic countries, they have Muslim and Christian religions live side by side.
