❀ Welcome! ❀
So some information on what's going on. On the 12th of next month my boyfriend, his service dog, and I will be going to Disneyworld for our 1 year anniversary--- I've already booked the flights and hotel for the week, but I still need to buy our tickets. So I'm opening up commissions.
With one hand clutching his favorite blue and silver-trimmed tome and the other extended in front of him, Est struggled to hold back the dark creatures that stood between him and the space-time portal he'd opened to get here. Though thankful that these demons were currently more interested in killing him than escaping into the real world to wreak even more havoc, he could feel his strength slipping from his body like the precious coin under his sweat-slicked fingers. His time was almost up. What had the professors been thinking, throwing such powerful monsters between him and Lulu and the coin that was their ticket to passing the final? After everything he had seen thus far in this twisted alternate world, the boy was privately glad that he had managed to leave his companion behind. As magically inept as she was, possessed of that most unstable affinity to all elements, she would only have served as cannon fodder to the demonic things that plagued him now.
Once, you, too, were in he
Whatever they Say"All my life I have been locked up."
Voices. Sweet like molasses, sour like lemons. Questions, orders, warnings, threats. They're haunting me. They're always haunting me. They're my one true friend, the only ones I trust. When Ma's passed out on the couch, reeking of whiskey, or when Pa's red with rage, thrashing out at everything in his path, they're there. When I'm at school getting shoved in my locker, sent to the principal's office for "talking to myself" or getting beat up for being for being a freak, they sooth me. When I'm confused, lost, they tell me what to do. They never lie and always have my best interest at heart. They're my comfort in a world of pain.
The voices appeared when I was fifteen, three long years ago. Pa had just come home from late from work. It was a regular occurrence, Pa showing up two hours after his shift at the mill was over. He was always drunk too. Ma had given up on the idea of having a hot dinner ready around my third birthday. Instead, sh
Another Hallmark Soap OperaIt was warm out. Much warmer then it should have been in February at least, Arthur thought with a slight nod of approval as he stepped out of his dorm building's back door. February 14th, his PDA told him that morning as it buzzed and vibrated right off of his bedside table. Anyone on campus could tell he was flustered and rushed by this dramatic realization. It was as if the entire 2 weeks had flown past him, laughing and jeering at his pathetic attempts to keep up. This day disgusted the British man. Today... was the day.
The day his midterm paper was due.
Quickly striding out across the crisscrossing cement paths, Arthur made a beeline for the center library and cafe. Laptop under his arm, bag slung over his right shoulder he adjusted the red and black scarf around his neck. All he wanted was to get his morning tea, get the paper printed off, get it to the professor then get back to his room before 2. It didn't seem like a hard task, but there was one problem. The only cafe that ser
Hard TimesI see you’ve been weeping for some time now
You’re all torn out and cold
Even if all you see is darkness
You’re the bit of light that’s shining
And I know you don’t have control
But you can't just let go
Because if one day you do, you might lose yourself
Then I’ll be left alone, with no one to hold.
Shattered heartWith this broken heart I'll keep moving on
And the scar you left me will help me become strong
For my heart used to be so numb, but then you showed me love
Sadly then you shattered it, once you saw I held you dear
But I hope you don't regret what you have done
For what I felt, you'll only receive it once
Rose tinted memoriesI’ve felt this way since we first met
My heart pounded fast and I couldn’t behave
My hands were always shaking and my words wouldn’t come out the same
I removed all that’s dreaded to change my old ways
But time has passed now, and everything has changed
The love I once felt might no longer be awake
But I know deep inside that things remain unchanged
Because I might forget your face but the good moments will never go away
On rainy days...I look out the window and see the liquid drops
I hear the soothing sounds that calms my thoughts
It helps my feather heart to keep its strength
As long I keep my conscious clear my faith won’t go away
Because these are the days when I wonder the most
About my life choices and all I ever hope
The rain keeps my sanity from being overthrown
By anything troublesome and keep a peaceful tone
Wintry Imperfection "Ryuuzaki-san where are you going?", Raito asked, a blatantly confused look on his face, as his boyfriend got up from his computer chair and left the room.
"Just going outside", Ryuuzaki said vaguely before Raito heard the tell tale click of the front door opening.
"Don't forget a coat", Raito called out, but the front door clicked shut fast enough he doubted Ryuuzaki had heard him. The brunette sighed. His intelligent boyfriend had just walked out the door without putting on socks, shoes, or even a coat on the first day of winter while it was snowing. Raito minimized the window on his computer screen and stood. On his way to the front door he picked up a blanket from the couch and grabbed his coat from its hook in the hallway. Raito zipped the burnt red coat before opening the front door to follow his boyfriend into the cold outdoors.
"You forgot a coat", he said qui
Prize: Coffee ShopThis story and these characters belong to me and KiraKeiJinx.
This story contains WG themes and lesbians. Don't like, don't read.
Done first person from Cocoa Kitty's POV.
Did a quick edit. Sorry for any mistakes.
The coffee shop was a small, little corner store. The type of thing that you could walk right past without ever knowing it was there. Unless, of course, you already knew it was there. Then, it was impossible to slip on by without so much as a backwards glance. The atmosphere made it so. More than a rich blend of exotic roasts and the allure of the foreign music, there was a pull to the shop. Something otherworldly. Something so raw and pure that it trickled over your skin, down your spine, and into your very blood stream. That is a powerful thing to ignore. Especially when you were in no more of a hurry walking by it than you were walking towards it. As in my case, that hurry was neither a rush nor a bustle. Rather, it was a stroll of leisure. Every day I found my way out t
3am Hallows Eve3am on Hallows Eve
Time for sins and wicked deeds
Witches, werewolves, goblins too
All the better to frighten you
3am, time to rise
Put on your mask, wear your disguise
Dance in the shadows of the pale moon light
Welcome the sting of a vampires bite
3am, it's time for fun
The witching hour has just begun
Jack-o-lanterns light the night
Catching mischief in their sight
3am, the witches fly
You can run but you can't hide
Demons walk the street tonight
Snatching your soul away from sight
3am, Halloween has come
The wicked fun has finally begun
Tell the children the warnings they must heed
Or else they will surely bleed
3am on Hallows Eve
Time for sins and wicked deeds
Lock your doors and hide within
Tonight, everywhere, evil will win
