nice work that would of taken forever
That's ok, it's more the step from the illustration to the animation which is a pain and looks like forever. When you have to detach each part etc...

Well the illustration is made on Photoshop. Each part of the character are separated like a puppet. Arms, hand, Body. Everything is exported to AfterEffect where the animation and the effects are added.
