[EMOTE] Well, Washington State is hot right now and we are getting smoke blown all over us from fires in Spokane, Canada, Oregon, and I guess everybody else! I want to meet you all, but it is gross here right now so it's a bad time to visit! [EMOTE]

One big thing is MY BRAND NEW BOOK which will be available lots of places soon, but you can get it at Lulu.com right now (I get more money if you get it there). My 2nd proof copy is still in the mail tho [EMOTE] I wrote a hardboiled detective yarn for Dreadful Tales for the contest, that will show up here soon! I completed the first draft today at work and it is very very silly! [EMOTE] Also! "The Devils Footprints", which I started posting in May of 2022, just had it's epic final chapter post here! IT'S A REAL BIG FINAL CHAPTER so you might read it too! [EMOTE]

Everybody be careful! Over the last 48 hours I have had that "VerifyBot" scammer pop up in different accounts on different pictures and story submissions too! It looks like this:

[EMOTE] There is good news too! On Monday I got the proof copy of my new book "The Rocket King in Green" in the mail and I have spent the whole week reading through it to find all the errors. Today I finished making the revisions and I have ordered my 2nd proof copy. If this one is fine (we will know in like 2 weeks) I can send it for global distribution. If that is approved, it will appear for sale on places like Amazon [EMOTE]

[EMOTE] So! I had three work days off, making a 5 day weekend, and I saw busy! On Wednesday I went up to Tacoma during an awful heatwave and saw my DA pal [EMOTE] live in his acoustic musical duo! On Thursday I went to three stores in West Olympia and sneaked the bookmark promoting my new book into books that were sold there. It was sneaky! I am still waiting on that proof copy of my book to come in the mail [EMOTE]
[EMOTE] Weight loss thingy continues! I miss my carbs! Got to the gym 5 days in a row! [EMOTE]

[EMOTE] I am still waiting on the print copy of my new booky book "The Rocket King in Green", it has printed, but it is still shipping. [EMOTE] Waiting is hard to do! [EMOTE] But! Since I gave myself a big long weekend over here, so I went out today to FedEx and printed up a bunch of bookmarks to promote the new books! I will be leaving these inside of various books in bookstores and libraries, to be real sneaky and create awareness of the book [EMOTE] Plans are best when they are sneaky plans! [EMOTE]

[EMOTE] The other news is that I am making another weight loss push over here! I had an issue, so I am trying to get out to the gym more, plus I am cutting way down on snacking and portions in general. It always feels weird to do this! Anyhow, I am on day
