Season! Features! NEW SERIES! Stuff! also songs!

Okay! Since around March of 2023 I have been gradually moving forward on a grand plan to introduce some new series of stories here. A big one dropped last October, and another arrived in July of this year. Well, a new long-form series (in the "penny blood" or "penny dreadful" tradition) is coming up soon! In years past I've been lazy and found I didn't have the content when it came time to post it, which resulted in some of those series being rushed and less good... so now I don't drop a series until I have a backlog for it. The one I dropped at last Halloween already had 50,000 words finished before the first chapter went up, and I have a similar intention for this new one. This one will not be out in time for the Halloween issue, but it should be ready for the issue after that. Out of nowhere, after research and all, I started writing this one on Monday and I am now into the 4th chapter on it. I will have more hints about it when I have more to show, just know that this will be "A Tale of Old California" and the full title will be available at the time it premiers!

ALSO:

needs you! We need your sweet arts and stories to make our Halloween issue be good!

Here comes some more songs!

And one more song too!
