Keath is an expert in explosives. He can make a bomb out of a potato and two wires, which he has done before in his high school cafeteria, which is why he was expelled and thrown in jail. He is the only Pegasus in the world among the humans, and it has become common knowledge that he walks among them, and is no stranger. He is pretty much accepted as a human. He is a Troubleshooter who was given a hoof-mounted grenade launcher. He is with the Communists, and just LOVES blowing things up. He is a good friend though if you get to know him. He protects his friends... sometimes.
