Grima son of Galmod by Leone-art Grima son of Galmod by Leone-art
Faithful servant of King Theoden of Rohan, fallen in leage with Saruman. his ability to persuade is surely a "gift" from Saruman, but Grima is not an Istari, but a mortal human. The power he received from Saruman is consuming him causing, at the end his and his master's demise. He can't manage the pressure to be  a spy and very deep he's a lost soul, aching for company (Eowyn). He's a sad character and Frodo Baggins saw his sadness (more than many other character could understand, because Frodo was the Ring-Bearer and inherited a part of the ability to see hidden things). Grima's portrait had to be sad... someone who turned his back from the light but still consumed by doubts.

Yes, Gríma is quite a sad character. Thank you for this picture, it conveys his sadness very well. I also like that you didn't give him dark hair; everyone always gives him dark hair, apparently just because he's "evil," but we never hear about any other Rohirrim having dark hair.
