This website feels much different when one does not work for it, at least in this current period in time. Maybe it was different in the past. It's going through growing pains at the moment. When I worked for DA, right until the end, I felt like the site was very active and alive, because I could see that from that very exclusive perspective. By now, I can't see and feel that anymore. DeviantArt's actual activity and liveliness is not reflected in the site's most prominent portals.
The Today page content spans weeks and generously includes a sliver of actual community activity at the bottom, Watch is what you choose, Browse is just that, Undi
