Arae : CHAPTER 1
The seas are seeing weather that turns the salty water into raging waves. Rain falls as if seeking to drown, the wind blows with great fury and a curtain of electrical discharges fill the expanse underneath the black clouds. The intensity of the storm’s rage puts the fear in even the most hardened sailors. No ship could hope to sail without being swallowed up by the depths. It is as if Mother Nature herself seeks to bring destruction, but not everywhere is the same. The lands are being spared from the weather’s full wrath, receiving a mere flicker of its destructive power. Even so, the roars of the tempest outside have many cowering. Among the many islands that dot the vast expanse of water, there is one that sees the less of the bad time that had befallen the sea. Clouds of a darker grey color roam the sky above, but they’re not as fierce as the ones that form the distant storm. Only a soft shower is what the land feels.
