Crane and Turtle painting

I only managed to take a photo with my mom's phone so quality is really bad, in reality it looks better. Oil painting, inspired by japanese, children's song:

Kagome Kagome, Kago no naka no Tori wa
Itsu Itsu deyaru? Yoake no ban ni
Tsuru to kame ga subetta.
Ushiro no shounen daare ?

And translation:

Kagome, Kagome, the bird in the cage,
when will you come out?
In the evening of the dawn,
the crane and turtle slipped.
Who stands right behind you now?

You know, it's just a simple game, but still it has a deeper meaning and can be interpreted in more than one way.

I wanted that painting to be a little gloomy, have a simple composition and i hope that crane looks a little enigmatic. I think it turned out to be ok, but i know that after a while i will eventually hate that piece. As always...
