This was drawn as a kind of joke for a friend online.
He's chinese and was joking about how his friends online come on one after another like the courtiers in the Emperor's court to amuse him. We call him Magi for short, explaining the name above.
Alot of the costume was based on viewing a poster online of the movie the Last Emperor.
I tried to change it a slight bit to match my friend.
