Some time has passed since The Battle of Bespin, Luke and Mara Jade left to learn more from The Jedi and Luke wanting to know more about his father and how he came to be. Jay has some lingering doubts from both the Coruscant Mission and The Duel on Bespin. He kept the memory of the mission and the battle, the fates of Tilana and Kalifia, deep within his thought. Shortly after The Battle of Bespin, The Siege of Inyusu Tor, also know as The Battle of Sullust, is underway, which was part of Operation Ringbreaker. Although Inyusu Tor was liberated, there are number of firefights happening on multiple fronts. To help The Rebels fighting to liberated Sullust, Rebel & Allied command sent Jay, Mollbry, Master Windu, Leyla, Echore & their clone units to help. They also sent The Republic Freedom Fighters as reinforcements, along with divisions of Allied troops. May, 2041. Some time has passed since The Failed Mission at Coruscant. Jay never forgave himself for not saving Kalifia and his apprentice. He remembered what Mollbry did to him after Jeffian's death and slowly recovered, following her teachings. During that time, Mara Jade finally met Luke Skywalker and began fast friends. Some time later, Luke and Han went out on patrol on Tauntauns, just as an Imperial Star Destroyer dispatched probe droids on Hoth. Thinking they were meteorites, Luke tells Han he will check it out. But, it wasn't to be. He was attacked and knocked unconscious by a deadly Wampa. Back at Echo Base, Han returned; but not Luke. Knowing he is danger, he mounted a Tauntan and rode out to find him, despite an encroaching storm. Mara Jade did the same, but on a BARC Speeder. While she was out, she let the Force be her guide to find Luke. She soon found him, as he exited the Wampa's cave. They attempt to get on her BARC Speeder, but the same Wampa destroyed the BARC

2041, three years after The Battle of Yavin. The Allies & Rebels had minor victories and minor defeats. The Republic Freedom Fighters took Kamino and began the process of rebuilding, despite the war. President Lyons and the allies sent troops & The Engineer Corps to help with the reconstruction. Around the same time, he released Squad 99 from their stasis a year ago and informed of The Galactic Civil War and began training. Throughout the war, Jay helps Luke and Juchi with their training to be a Jedi and on their missions. But, there is one mission that will scar Jay forever. April, 2041. a month before The Battle of Hoth. Jay was training Tilana in The Main Hangar of Venator Star Destroyer George Washington. He notice Tilana was getting more and more aggressive. It was even show during the war, reported by a few Rebels who was under her command.
