The bird itself is nice(I couldn't tell it was a sparrow)and the aim is good.The picture is not out of focus and the details are clear.You can see the eyes,the claws and the feathers really clear.
The only thing I would say is there is nothing really in the background but in a photo you can't really change that.Also no background gives it a sort of nice appearance.It makes you focus more on the bird then the background.If there was a background of fall leaves it would be hard to see the sparrow and since the photo is about the sparrow it is good to focus on the sparrow.
