Zhou Kaping

Lt Zhou is a junior officer in the engineering department. The USS Mumbai is his first assignment, and to be frank he felt he deserved better than this old space ship. But if he works hard and keeps his nose clean he should get promoted off the Mumbai before he dies of old age.
