Mrrmr

Yeoman Mrrmr is a male caitian (or Regulan).

As a yeoman, Mrrmr spends his time more with administration than actually hauling equipment around and polishing drive plates. By the standards of his home culture his mane is cut brutally short—a mutilation engineers wear with perverse pride.

Caitians are a species who appear only in the Star Trek Animated Series (unless some background characters in Star Trek IV are intended to be caitians), and only in the person of M’Ress, a communications officer. So a lot of Mrrmr’s appearance is conjecture on my part!
