Cheung

Anastasia Cheung is another engineer in Root‘s team. Like Root, she is a human from Earth, in her case from the city of Whangamata in New Zealand. She has extensive family, both on Earth and Mars, several of whom are also in Starfleet or work for commercial spaceflight companies. She’s a dedicated athlete, though her preferred discipline, triathlon, is impractical on a spaceship, so she plays highly competitive games of squash instead. She finds Root and Wheel’s much more whimsical approach absurd.
