This is me.

So I planned for months to cosplay to Austin ComicCon 2014 as my favorite Doctor, the Eighth, played by Paul McGann. Got the outfit, got the sonic screwdriver (thanks Brian! That's Brian Johnson of Johnson Arms, here on dA, do check him out), got the shoes and those are a story all their own - and then I built Fantasy, who invited herself along and I couldn't say no...

She does not match the costume in any canonical way, but Eight is the Doctor who keeps a garden full of butterflies in his TARDIS (the Butterfly Room! It's in the books! I believe in it, can we see it on screen, Moffatt, PLEASE?) and he would love having a little dragon to play with.

Several people asked me if I sold similar dragons on Etsy, so by the next con I may have business cards to hand out...
