I've gave some explanations around her to some dA friends around, I thought to give her an aspect of a 10 years old, but in the end turned out that she looked better as a more mature girl ^^
Around her Story should be this...
Before being Sealed with Uriel, Ghimel (at that time she didn't even had a name), was one of the various orphans around London, who stealed as much as she could with a gang to survive the starvation.
One night, an attempted robbery in a rich house went bad, ending up in being shot while the others abandoned her to escape. Believing her dead, she was left on the ground for being reclamed by someone who knows her, but she was still alive even if barely.
Repented for all she did, she prays for some good spirit to help her and Uriel came in her rescue. Since her feelings were true, she was given a second chance from the Archangel by being Sealed at the place of the shot, to never forgive the bad event as lesson. To thanks the savior, she decided to be her helper and "student" and Uriel accepted, even giving her the name Ghimel (the "symbol" in fact is that letter, also so her signature ^^).
This is just a primary looks on her dresses, but feeling really satisfied
