A Study in Paper No. 6: On the Town
Sherlock and John out for a quiet stroll on a crisp snowy evening.
I love paper sculptures and I love shadow boxes, so it was inevitable that at some point the two should merge.
Made from cardstock, cut as a single piece and then folded, no adhesives. It measures 9cm x 15cm x 6cm, give or take a few mm.

I love this by the way ♥
I pretty much taught myself paper-cutting. It's a lot of experimentation, especially when it comes to finding ways to make my designs 3D without glue. It's possible someone else has come up with similar techniques already but I like discovering them on my own.
Only twice have I started cutting a project and then abandoned it, and all the rest are in my gallery, so you can essentially see my entire learning progress by looking at my gallery.
::brain aslopes while trying to figure out how you did that::
Genius.
congratz^^
You are so very talented and this is beautiful ^^
The moon turned out to be my one of my favorite parts, too. At certain angles it really catches the light.
